How many posts is it untill you can 'change ur personal photo' in the my controls area?

I get this error when i try to:

Sorry, the board administrator has not enabled your permissions for this part of the control panel.

Im presuming this feature lets you chgne the caption under your avatar.

you cant atm... and no its not its a photo that pops up into your profile when u click your name somplace on the forums

Only admins can add pictures.

yeah... well i think you should set a post limit for people who can put personal photos in their profiles... like say 500 or 750 that way not everyone starts putting photos on all at once and they need to post to get that ability..

also maybe shink the amount of posts it takes to edit your user discription to 500

I think the photo thing should be available to Mod's and higher.
