Design thingy

A friend just started a new forum, and I didn't like the header, so I started playing in PS.. I have no idea if he wants to use it, but I made it anyway, it was pretty fun.
Maybe I went a bit to far with all the holes and stuff in the border, but I don't care, this was nothing serious. ^^

Pretty much the same style on the border as my first sign. It's a bit animated.
