You've accented the road sign by giving it color, yet structurally your focus is the top of the electrical box. The split focus is dissorienting.

Also, you've given the image a soft blur/glow effect, yet your subject matter has hard lines, steel, concrete, brick. You're using two opposite effects, that when used together detract from the overall effect of the image.

That's just my critique. I could, of course, be a complete idiot.

I think the point of the accented road sign was to draw your attention up away from the electrical box and more into the buildings. Ideally the sign should have been more centered for the point to be more effective, but that's just my opinion. By the way, I don't think you can be a complete idiot.
