Too light, this would actually look good as a a little darker grunge signature. The font is really good, but I don't like that you've chosen white pixel text over it, good work though.

Looks great how it is. The text is fine how it. Good colours, good balance of empty and filled in space with the right sized render and text.

My only suggestion is, perhaps give that overused render some more blanding on the edges. Just maybe.
