OK. dudes......its my first tut here and i want to make a good one

while im telling, u can stop at any time u wish cos ALL the parts of tut will make a diffrent background......

    Now to the tut....

Open a new image 800x800 and fill the backgruond with black....(becouse i want to make it background and even u dont want to make it background it looks better when u resize it to a smaller)

Duplicate background by right clicking the "background" on the layers palette and choose "duplicate"....

Name duplicated layer "electric" and select electric layer...
Press "D" on your keyboard to set colors to default, after that go "Filter>Render>Clouds"
than go "Filter>Render>Diffrence clouds " than press "CTRL+I" on your keyboard or go "Image>Adjustments>Invert" .....than press "CTRL+L" on keyboard and or go "Image>Ajustments>Levels" move the middle bar all to right and black bar to right a bit as shown below.....

than press "CTRL+U" on keyboard or go to " Image>Ajustments>Hue/Saturation"
check "colorize" box than set hue to 210 and saturation to 40 leave ligness at 0....

now in this part you have a nice electric effect that you can use on your projects

    now if you continue.....

set blending mode of electric layer to hard light
duplicate that electric layer name this layer as " 1 " and select it , get your magic wand tool...click a black area than right click into that selection and select smiliar.....than press "delete" on your keyboard...than press "CTRL+D" to deselect it

after that go to "Filter>Distort>Twirl..." and set degree 300 set layers blend mode again to hard light....

duplicate electric layer again name it " 1 copy" and move it to top at layers palette....again get your "magic wand" tool select black area , right click to selection choose smiliar press "delete" and "de-select" than go to "Filter>Distort>Twirl" this time set degree to "-300" click OK than set layer blend mode to "hard light" as well...

also u can stop here too change blending modes and "hue/saturation" and get various results....

    if u continue...

duplicate electric layer again...name new layer as "2" move it to top of all layers in layers pallette....again grab your "magic wand" tool and do the same you did to "1" and " 1 copy" layers for this layer also....and next time i say "use magic wand tool" alwasy do the same now.....go "Filter>Distort>Twirl... give degree "-610" and than set blending mode to "normal" than press "CTRL+U" and open "hue/saturation" set hue to "+30" leave others at "0"

duplicate electric layer again name it "2 copy" move it to the top of all layers....
"grab your magic wand tool" and do what u have to do than go to Filter>Distort>Twirl and give it "+610" degree...set blending mode to "hard light".....press "CTRL+U" and hue/saturation.....check "colorize" set saturation to "50" hue and lightness to "0".....

now duplicate electric layer again name it "3" do the thing with "magic wand" tool....
go Filter>Distort>twirl.... give "-200" degrees set blending mode to "diffrence" and press "CTRL+U open hue/saturation box....check "colorize"....set hue to "70" saturation to "100" leave ligness at "0" now this is where i stopped .....

and now as you know how to make this you can totally change all the color numbers and blend modes any way your soul goes but u should keep twirl degrees as in here......you can add more layers and color and make neverending diffrent various backgrounds for aything and sig. will look god with theese also....

well also i think i explained stuff good so i didnt need to add pictures of stuff like hue/saturation and others....i only wanted to add levels and the various examples of what you can do by just changing layer visibilitys, colors, blend modes....

in theese pictures i just change the color and layer visiblitys ( careful:not opacity....to make a layer visible or invisible just click the eye icon next to it )
