    Yeah this is my first and i thought it was pretty kool. I also made a wallpaper version.

    looks ok. but the beams coming around the main beam, look Bad...Put a glow back on those, then it will look alot better.

    Its just white on green, that doesnt go. Make a light green beam and duplicate it and give linear dodge then merge down. And apply a green glow.

    And you cant just have a white blur at the bottom as a focal point you need to give it some texture, like in spirit its very textured.
