Umm basically, Yea, a couple layer masks, spot healing , stuff like that...

Well, Thats what proffesional photo editors do, they prlly do a lil extra but I looked up the basic techniques they use and this is what i got

Good work on the face, the eye looks kind of freaky because it's so bright, and the right side of the hair looks too blurred up to me.

I think the Photomanip itself is ok but it looks a tad blurred together (the right side) and the eye is unnatural.

Yes, That is a big issue. My dads a phsycologist and I told him about this girl in school and he had me sorta observe her and in the end it turns out she was Anerexic (Or belemic) Though this was just for fun, most people can tell the difference beetween a doctored image and an undoctored image. So its all good, =P
