finished this in school on the slowest cpu i ever worked on *narf*
i know the stars suck but im really happy with the texture of the big blue planet.

All done in PS.

I don't like the stars, and something about the planet doesn't work for me, but the texture is OK. I don't really like the glow. How'd you make the texture? All default round brushes? or did you use textures?

both. i created a texture as base and painted it via brush and magic wand.
