Gah, the brushing is ok, but the render is just terrible, i'm sory. Something must've messed up, cuz it's all pixelly and the color is messed up. Didja see my post in dicks thread about tremorwaves tuts? Also, you don't do all brushing below the render, you need to do the brushing above the layer, that way it looks like it's coming from the render and looks a lot better overall. You can also do two layers of brushing, one layer below it and one layer above it with the stuff that's coming from the render or over it. Good brushing again

It looks pretty good, and has a matching title to boot.
For the crit: i'd have to say the render - is it meant to be like that? Maybe add more dramatic lighting to make it stand out, or change the material or something. If u could tell us what program u used (like MAX or c4d) it would help
The brushing is probably the best part of the image... i have no crits on it, its pretty perfect imo.

I have only used 3d sm 7.0 and ps cs 2 9.0 for the moment. Update will be up soon ^^.
