Is that some character from any new Legend of Zelda-game? Sure looks like it :lol: Very well done, even if the eyes looks like an attempt to thoose manga-style - but just ain't big enough. That's no problem thought, it just gives it a personal touch really! Very well drawn on the outlines!

The nose and lips does perhaps look a bit weird, but as I mentioned above: it's no problem. Seriously love the outfit, man I wished they could make school uniforms for the girls like that ^^

I really like it , good colours and feel to the image. The only thing i will say is some body parts have strange shapes / proportions. Like the arms , seem to look a bit strange, and he faces angle is slightly. Bu i really like this, improved alot from the water fairy, well done =)
