    i love the multi colors on the mountains, it adds alot could have transitioned the colors better on mixing

    there are multiple ways you can acheive this effect. the easiest would probably be to have the photo , maybe desaturate it. then create a new layer, grab a soft brush and colour 2 or more colours where u want the colour to go. then set the layer style to multiply or overlay or another style , maybe lower the opacity and you should get something similar.

    Thanx for the comments everybody i really like how it turned out too so i think im gonna try to get some more artwork in the likes of this.btw dutch-soldier you could try making your own multicolorgradient and pick angle gradient put it on top of the layers and take a good blend mode,if u use the colors right you'll get a similar effect. This is very simple to do.
    Zekayem's way is also good but it gets harder to get a good color transistion.

    I like it, the render, the dust and everything but the color twirl in the midle is awful, get rid of it

    i tried to but i made a real noob mistake so i cant edit it that well anymore forgot to save the damn psd .
    btw here's the first version i made of it
