    Not exactly clear what the "idea" is. Looks just "Blah" too me. I like the background and text though, just not those weird renders. Plus you forgot a border.

    There's a 1px overlay boarder on it.
    The idea was that it looked like seaweed, so i just put fish on it.
    Lol

    If I weren't lazy I'd have made a lot more fish and such.

    I don't honestly know what to say about that one/ THe render is odd, and the bg is dark. I suppose it looks good.

    Yeah, the renders are just the first three fish I found, I cut them out and tried to use them.


    Before they were WAY too bright, so I tried to darken them with a grey 12% opacity.



    As for the background, idk, just some brushes I had, positioned them right, um played with the levels and brightness/contrast, duplicated it, gussain blur 3.0, set the top layer to Lighten, then I put like, a grey layer over it with the 12% opacity again just using a brush. Idk, they just sort of come out like that for me.

    I havn't paid much attention to your art Rab, but it looks like you need to use the concept "Less is more" for your backgrounds.
