The law is the law but is it?

There isn't a link to this story in the online version of my paper but here are the facts reported:

A 14-year-old girl went to a party with her older sister. At the party, the girl, was drugged and raped by a 21 year old man. The girl became pregnant and gave birth last December. Her mother is raising the child.

In a plea deal, the rapist was convicted and ordered to serve 8 years and 4 months in prison, to be deported to Guatemala after serving his sentence and to pay child support through his parole officer. The court papers report that he "wanted to take responsibility for the baby and pay child support". I understand that this child needs to be supported but tying this very young girl to her rapist seems, well, creepy. It also seems that by paying support that the father will retain parental rights to the child, which is also creepy, IMO.

I think the guy should be paying child support, In fact, he should pay like 3x becuase he's did what he did. He deserves worse than what he got.

I think rape is the worse crime in the world. Worse than murder because murder ends it all, worse than robbery because boohoo rich people are losing precious money.

The guy should have huge metal rod shoved all the way up his ass, shoved through a rusty screen door, and have the little noodles that are left fed to a rabid hyena.

Yeah.. i can understand why he payes child support, but then again i don't think he should have parental right to child.

But why in hell this girl didn't get abortion, didn't she notice anything happen before it's too late, why she wanted to keep this child, what if this girl thought the dude would take care of her and the child =/ fuck'd up story

I was going to say someone should make some old woman to rape him but if he has raped someone he would probably enjoy that...
I really think the law is fuckleded up, espeically over here in the UK, people murder and get like 6years, maybe less if they're good. If i was in charge murder would be either death or life imprisonment, if you take away a life you should get yours taken away its only fair. Rape should involve getting beat by 12 rather large 'grippers' then they lock you up for most your life untill your old and fragile then they kick you out on the street to fend for yourself, or i would give him to the parents of the child and they could do what they like with him, kill,rape him back their slave whatever.
