Computer Business Site First Draft

I'm back, if anyone around here knew me other than RedBlaze. :P

Took a long time off of games and sites to brush up on my computer and networking skills, and get my certifications/legal stuff/capital in line so I could start this business. Of course, school also had a lot to do with me wandering off. Anyways, I'm pretty sure my Photoshopping skills, at least what I did have, diminished slowly. So this'll turn out being a multi draft project, no doubt 5 or 10 copies.

Sorry about the watermarks, I posted it at a forum that's got a reputation for ripping and gripping...At least the guests do.

I'd really like to do something about the white background, and I was thinking about like a professional looking pattern. I think I remember one Vicebeach used way back when...hmm..

And it just doesn't have that professional feel. At first I thought it was because of the way the content boxes were laid out and designed, but I'm also losing my mind seemingly..So I'll let you guys decide. Comment harshly away!

I can't be of much help, since I suck at these web design things e___e;; But, the boxes look really... square. They're so pointy XD Maybe if you rounded those out more then it'd look better. *shrug* Also the home/affiliates text looks too thin and square. It doesn't look too bad, it's just very.... pointy. And... plain. But it's still good ^__^ After some better comments from other people who know what they're talking about, it'll look awesome :3

That's an interesting aspect...thought rather...I'll look into not being pointy :P

I think a black bg would look better.

Okay if you ask me those four navigation linkbuttons are way too big or the style won't fit that big one.. also your content box's header place it doesn't blend into content area.. and what my eye sees those home affiliate and affiliate with us are havin a bad font =/ so there..

For the good sides i say it's logo/text it's nice and "Read more.." boxes those are awesome also stick with those anyways hope you got the point.

My thoughts exactly. I think I'm going to take out the "Check out affiliate.." box on the left, expand the site's body, redesign it with a flare or gloss, and move the affiliate thing to a strip across the bottom.

Haha I make no sense but you still kind of understood me. XP The boxes look boring, they're just grey... and green... e___e But that can be easily fixed ^__^ It might look better with a black background, but then it'd look like the generic slick black page you see everywhere with shiny buttons. ... Thats good too, but the white background is fine. The only other thing I need to complain about is the tech shop title on the top... with the gradient fade and stuff o___o It adds to the boring-ness. Did you already make a logo? ^^ Anyways, thats all I have to say about the layout... good ideas deserve a not pointy layout XD ... I'm not making sense anymore, time to stop talking. .___.

Yeah almost forgot that color maybe you should change few colors because grey and green aren't blended in very well =/ so try to find good color to match background.. and you might want to take that watermark off.. because it ruins it.. And it's not too shabby to steal
