Hi I´m brand new!

Hi I´m brand new here!
I have never used any design program
Now I have Photoshop cs2 and I need some help.
So if there is any one that think they can help me so just tell me that.
I know that I can look at the tuts but I´m swedish and 13 years old and I can´t get it work?? :unsure:
