Im not sure if this topic has been done before but what programs do you use for HTML?
( I know this isn't an actual tutorial but it should help any 'new people' who really need help)
I wouldn't recommend using these if you want to learn HTML because these don't actually tell you what you are doing.
Main ones i use are:
Macromedia Dreamweaver 8
Macromedia Flash MX
Notepad (sometimes pro notepad)
What do the rest of you use? ( To help new people not to advertise something you helped made or something please.)

HTML -Kit is very nice application for those that want easy handcoding, above what notepad can offer.

Hmm,, I would never even think of using any other program than notepad for coding..
Except maybe some stylish php editor :] No wysiwyg at least
Notepad2 could be worth testing

HTML -kit isn't a WYSIWIG. It's an advanced text editor with a lot of helpful options for writting (X)HTML, Java(script), PHP, MYSQL, etc.
