Video -> .Gif

theres a way ghow to do it with Imageready, go through i think its sig tutorials, and there is tut on this

if you have flash you can open it in there then goto "export movie" & save it as .gif... dunno bout image ready, google it

And scroll down to animation shop. (you must creat a acount to try the trail)
When you download and installed the programma open your avi movie in the programm, and just save it as a .gif format...

Open the video in imageready, and gotot "save optimized as..." then save it as .gif.
