I kinda like the second one, the colors are bright and they fit quite well together, but the bevel on the sig deesn't look good at all, try to make a new border and add a character or some "eye-candy"...

Since it's your first sigs I'll give 'em a 7.7/10

Second one of course. Its looks ok, but you need something, like smetihng jerner said. It needs a new border badly though (still have psd?).

They're pretty cool for your first sigs, but on the second one the border is bevelled too much .
