    problems-

would be extremely hard to actually code
wouldn't come out the way you wanted it to
wouldn't work in older, or incompatible browsers
would have to scroll down too much to actually get to the content
    borders are way too thick
too wide, would create a horizontal scrollbar on smaller screens
wavy borders are never a very good idea, makes the text look wrong
making semi-transparent text boxes is much harder than it seems

    Yo tyson, thats hott man....
It actually wouldnt be hard to code at all... u can just use PS and Imageready to help you code it. Make the links Roll Over links... or just throw it in Flash and make it a flash site.
The content would be easy to make visable.... use iframes and make them transparent so that only black text shows up. It would be a nice Design site... Makes it very interactive and easy to use for veiwers of it... but thats just my Oppinion.

    Yet again nice work!

I like it Tyson... the only two problems I could see are it's size and browser compatibility.
