I was really bored, so I started making something dark and weird for someone in the Graphics discussion forum. After a while it started to become really fun, so I continued tweaking and stuff, and here it is.

It's not meant to be anything really, just weird.. Very weird.
I't a photo manipulation, and if it's suppost to be in the photography forum, then a mod can move it. I don't really understand why it would though, since I only used stock photos, but anywayz00r blahblahblah. :]

nice job
probably one of your best (not that i know you)

but it looks good, only problem is it wont get noticed if it doesn't have a purpose.
you do have a talent though, love the textures on the arms/forehead, maybe you can pm me some tips.

the only thing i'd suggest is :

more negative space

and purpose
ask yourself:
why is he screaming?
does the third eye represent alien?mutated?demon?symbol?

Look again. It's a 3D effect, not just white color.

This was nothing I put time in, so it has no purpose, that is correct. It's just meant to be something weird. And no, not one of my best, this is just my normal level of "doing nothing special". ;P It's just eye candy made out of boredom. It's simpel as that. :]
Thanks for the comment.

Edit: PM you with some tips, eh? Hehe, you will have to more specific than that. What do you want tips about? What is your main style of art?

well i know what i would do to get the colors as they are
but the "tips" i was looking for would be the texture on the arms
(not the brushes)

imo the stock was just hard lighted for that texture but maybe not

Hehe, I don't use brushes. The texture is a bit painted, like all the scars. The rest of the texture are different textures that I have chosen, manipulated till it fits the picture and then blurred a little bit so it won't look that sharp. I tried not to overdo the texture, so alot erasing with low opacity was done.

That's pretty much it. :]

oh, i would do it differently but im surprised on the lines on his arms
no custom brushes? good job on the detail

oh and 1 more suggestion, match the eyes, the 3rd is blue and other 2 are white
either change the 2 to the blue (i would) or change the 3rd to white/standard
