yes, its they realised you were there. it wouldnt just pop up and say: "Steven, with the ip address *** is trying to get into your computer, would you like to take him to court?" if sed person had a firewall it would ask if they wanted to allow that ip address to access their computer, but there are still ways round that with programs. Ask Sp0rk_eh, he should know

if u were to use a trojan..... remote access tool to say.... crack a pornsite it would be using ur computer as a proxy therefore using your ip address....
