yes it's supposed to be that small, yes it's supposed to be that dark and yes the text is supposed to be that subdued.

Hmm. I don't think the blood looks all that realistic. I like the effect running down the wall though.

yeah it's a pretty unrealistic blood, couldn't find a way to make it both strong in presence (despite being the only colored element) and realistic.

Try different blending modes and darkening / lightening etc.

lightening filters looks alot faker trust me, it's the texture of the blood aswell it's a fake blood brush and real blood blood brushes are a rare commodity.

I think that what you have done with the text is excellent - I too like the blood running down the wall but it seems too red.
Blood brushes in general aren't hard to come by, but real blood brushes. That's understandable. One would think they exist on DevArt somewhere :unsure:
