photosho slowing down .... its real bad

one day i was just searching the net and i found a link for 2500 font files
and so i transfered into my font folder and now photoshop runs slow im thinking bout deleting the text but i might lose some important ones

delete all of ur fonts then download a new windows stock font file
and import it

then go to dafont and find some good pones

download a new windows stock file that threw me off i was thinking bout deleting everything besides arial times roman and veranda

yep but still if u will delete all except those some things in windows will fuck up and tehre will be some fkin signs instead of text, i did it once, find somewhere what are the fonts ur windows need to run properly and then delete rest.... and advice: dont dl those huge packs, ull never use it, i have like 20 my favorites fonts and then if i need something i go to dafont and dl what i need, use it and then delete it cause i dont need it anymore, too much font is useless...

Ive did that same misstake as you did Dick. Installed a couple of fonts and then i my computer freezed all the time. Couldnt go inte the folder and delete them, everytime... freeze... eeeh... error.... Same thing if i tried to enter it in failsafe. Had to use system recall.

Now ive got ~300fonts installed but something over 10 000 total on my comp... but its totaly unnecessary and ill probably delete all before ive used them :P
