Here are two of my first graphics since coming back to photoshop. I'll probably concentrate on larger projects, but I just made them to get better acquainted and the feel back. Tell me what you think.

I spent a good deal of time on these two, if I had kept up with photoshop I'm sure I could of done better. Hopefully I'll be back at full speed soon, but I don't think I'd be doing too much signatures then.

nice bg for the first one

i like the irobot one that was a pretty good movie lolz

Thanks for the comments guys. Is there anything wrong with them though? I'm pretty good with critique, so if you see anything you think could be better or etc please let me know. Like, do the renders blend well with the backgrounds? I did a lot of work with the first sig to make it look almost perfect. The second render should blend well, because I did a little better then just pixel dragging to make it. But I would still love to hear what you guys think of my work so far! And thanks to those who have already commented on it!

the first one is good, although i hate the border you put on it. make it a 1px black stroke instead of embossing it. it just doesnt look right. the second one is a bit plain, maybe blend the render in a bit.

your stocks are too small for my taste

Thanks for the critique guys! I took the first one back into photoshop with your comments in consideration. I didn't touch the second one yet, still deciding what I exactly I should do.
Here's the revised version of the fallen angel,

Two more versions of the fallen angel, one with a new render,

Comments, suggestions?

hmmmm, the render doesnt match the BG, it stands out too much, try to blend it in, or find a completely new render that suits the colors of the BG. its better now
