You have to be running on a "Genuine" version of windows XP. Meaning that you actually bought Windows XP, not downloaded it. I think i'll give this a try.

Well i have no 'accuired' IE7 but it has no validation haha bens contacts can get him through and technological thingymebobs...

Im installing now so ill update soon
