You can improve it by STARTING OVER. Its too big, the renders look like bad webcam shots, all filteredish and no text. Just BAD.

    Wow Shamino...what a dick.

Check out some tutorials man, but here's a quick one off the top of my head.

First, choose a good stock and place it in your new document.

Make a black background and choose two colors from your stock.

Color - Make a radial gradient on a layer beneth your stock to fill up the background.

Detail - Then you can lightly brush with black and white on alternating layers above the gradient and below the stock to give it detail.

Blending - Blend the stock in by making a layer mask on the stock layer and brushing with a big soft brush around the edges of the stock until it looks goot to you.

Make a new adjustment layer>Levels above everything and pull the middle slider to the right until it gets dark and change the blending mode on it to something that gives it depth.

Then make a new layer above everything else and gop to Image>Apply Image. Then go to Filter>Sharpen>Unsharp Mask and put in these settings: 50 - 1.0 - 0 and press OK.

Now make a new adjustment layer>Channel Mixer and ever so slightly move the sliders until you get a nice effect. Group all the layers together and make a new layer.

Border - Press Ctrl+A and go to Edit>Stroke and use these settings: 1 pixel, color: black, and Inside. Press OK.

Text - Now add text, but make sure to keep it simple. try using Arial on 10 - 12 pt and aa = sharp. Make the text a color from your sig and add a drop shadow if it needs to stand out better. I hope that helped and I'd better see an update after all this typing. :P

Have fun and remember, if someone is going to be a dick just ignore them.

Hey thanks "freak" im gonna try that. What would be a regular size for a sig or better said what would be to big for a sig?

I read some of your post but I got lost on the blending...I always have trouble understanding the mask thing. I'm at work so gotta go.

haha nah man dont worry about me, I know some people in here are flamers.

I need to stop taking my anger out on the noobs. Sorry I nearly lost 2 friends when I decided to rate people. Yeah I was a dick. I'll just refrain from looking at beginners works.

Kinda funny, because I remember Freak being a dick a few times too.

main thing for me is u should try to bring the size of it down a bit ..makes it much more managable and also loses the empty feel of it ..most peeps go between 400 width 80 height ..then just look at some tuts and try some things out and see wat grabs ya

The background ain't to bad, with maybe another lay of black brushing on overlay it could be quite nice ^_^

The text could do with smoe work though, try some tutorials on text effects, the sub text is ok but its just a bit hard to read, maybe try a less 'curvier' text.

Get rid of all the blending effects on the render and make it bigger if you can....

    Ben

And Shamino, im not arguing but when Freak says its bad, he often says how to improve it etc.
