Reset your preferences. While photoshop starts loading hold down Alt+Ctrl+Shift. If that doesn't work, then reinstall.

    What do you mean backwards?

The order that are in has totally switched, E.G folders were normally at the front and were A-Z then files at the back A-Z, now its the toher way round. Its not a big problems its just anooying as everything im used to has changed, i have sorted them in different orders, gone through the settings i can't find a way to change it >.<

    Fixed the underline problem ^_^
