Sorry, I can't show you any images except the end image because my Print Screen isn't working.

    Plastic/Bubble Text Effect

    1) Create a new document in any size. Mine will be 400 x 100.

    2) Using the Type tool, type out your text in a light grey color. Cartoony fonts work best for this tutorial.

    3) Go to Layer >> Layer Style >> Stroke with these settings :

    Size: 2
    Position: Outside
    Blend Mode: Normal
    Opacity: 100%
    Fill Type: Color
    Color: #A09D9D

    4) Go to Layer >> Layer Style >> Bevel and Emboss with these settings :

    Style: Inner Bevel
    Technique: Smooth
    Depth: 100%
    Direction: Up
    Size: 2
    Soften: 0
    Angle: 90
    Use Global Light: Unchecked
    Altitude: 70
    Glass Contour: Linear
    Anti-Aliased: Unchecked
    Highlight Mode: Normal with White
    Opacity: 100%
    Shadow Mode: Multiply with Black
    Opacity: 0%

    And your finished!

    End Image:

I posted a similar tutorial in the beginning. I still love the effect though - thanks much!

There is no visual aid for the end image but I am guessing that it is good since it recieved good response from taco.

Edit: disregard that I see the image now, it just didn't load the first time.
