    This is a kickass tip me and a friend read about last night.

    Bascially if you dont have/cant afford a macro lens you can easily make ur own.

    Take a standard 17-55mm lens (or roughly same stats) Flip it around ad hold it to the front of the camera. It does take a bit of time to setup and get the manual facousing right but it does work! Infact it gets closer then some macro lens'.

    Sounds good. i wanna get a proper camera when i'm a bit older and have more money (( 14.. ))

    I'll probably take photography at College. =)

    Wow, this is useful. I have a nice camera. Nice cameras cost a lot of money. (Mine was $820) And with that, the accessories do as well. Which sucks. So, this should save me a lot of money. Thanks!

    Good thing my dad already own a macro lens (and a zoom&#33. ;P When I buy my Canon EOS 350D, I will use them since his lenses are for canon. ^^
