I edited the duck in, and attempted to light up the bottom of it... it doesn't look 100% real, i'll ad some ripples later on .

I'm stuck for ideas now, i could add a toy plane flying or something... a dogfight maybe? with another plane

or a small city in the lake? I don't know. What would you guys like me to attempt!
