describe ur anger

I dono if this has already been posted or not but i didnt see this anywhere so i posted t. forgive me if i am wrong. but how can u best describe ur anger? i m pretty uncontrolled..... trying to controll it and i think it has come dow from what it initially was :P.

Well... put it this way. Everyone was stood round talking at the park the other day. So i wandered off on my own, found a big motherfuc*ing pole and started smashing everything... Then went back to the conversation ^_^

im a controlled anger kind of person; i'll usually imagine myself beating the crap out of whoever it is im pissed off with... if you can call that controlled. i rarely shout, and have never hit anyone in anger.

whenever i get angry it only lasts a few minutes, i think my mind has just given up so it just goes or it stores it up in my head... but whatever as soon as i feel angry now though i feel lik i could punch a hole right through someones stomach.. but then it just goes .. but trust me if you piss me off and hang around for a few minutes you wouldn't like it because my adrenalin gets pumping so hard i really would turn around and kick the shit out of you.. unless of course you're 6ft 10" and have muscles upon muscles hahahahaha .. but i'm at a party this friday so i'm hoping to have a fight .. i learned from dale ^_^

I can't control my anger and i have lots of it.

This lad hit me once softish in the arm for a joke.
I turned around and hit him in the face. He is 6foot3 abouts, and lets put it this way. Im not.

That was veru stupid, but like i said i cant control my anger and it annoys me because i can go sick at friends

I stay calm and get the person who made me angry (if it's somebody insulting me or saying annoying stuff) back with a snide, mean, evil personal ans socially crippling coment.

If it's anger about something bad happening then I just "look on the bright side". And if there isn't a "bright side" I just beat the foo out of a pillow.
