Sims 2

Ok so i installed Sims 2 and i tried to start it. it works pretty well till it reaches the menu screen and before i see the buttons i get an error saying "Application crashed. Terminating application". So i check the help file and find a related topic which said that the gme might crash if you have a recent version of NVIDIA vedio card and to fix it you will need to update the driver. so i update it and i run it again but i still get the same error! did somebody else get the same problem? and f you fixed it plz tell me how u did that thnx .

Did you patch the game yet?

I remember my game crashing at the start screen. I'm not sure how I fixed it. It might've been an update or getting a NO-CD patch.... (I bought the game)

i donno lol... i think it just might be my computer rofl. because my cousing has that game and he has the same graphic card and same system he just have low ram but it works fine on his but not on mine :/ pisses me off lol.
