    THIS IS THE DETAILS OF THE SIG

    START WITH A 500X500 SIZE CANVAS AND FILL IT WHITE THEN PUT A MEDIUM BLACK DOT IN THE MIDDLE WITH A HARD EDGE BRUSH.

    GRAB THE SMUDGE TOOL AND SMUDGE THE HELL OUT OF THE BLACK DOT TIL YOU GET SOMETHING LIKE THIS.

    ITS NOT LETTIN ME SMUDGE IT CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION B) AND I ALWAYS CLICK ON THE SMUDGE TOOL AND IT DOES NOT LET ME

    the smudge tool... and a round brush... and a magicial program called photoshop...
