whoa!! those are HUGE! even bigger than what i use to make... but anyways good for starters... i have seen worse... avoid beveling texts and such as much as possible. and dont make stuff too bright. in the last one.. the render's border is pixelated also the text. try using unique fonts. look around in resources and you will find a font pack by blackout. it has good fonts. try those. times of roman looks... sort of bad. take a look at some good tutorials and you will get better soon.

They are way too big.....the halo one looks like you did nothing to it, only add text. good try though

to do borders make a layer on top of everything (if you want) and press ctrl a, then go to edit stroke and add a 1 or 2 pixels stroke with any colour

Edit your post next time instead of double posting plz :P
about the last 2 sigs......the backround looks pretty nice but the render better work, the brush around him and on top of him looks bad, leave the render with the originial colours or just copy the render layer and make the top layer overlay and lower opacity how you want it, maybe duplicate the render and add blur or smudge it, I dont know.
    I like the fire though
For the Font use anything, a simple fotn looks good on any Sig, you just need to blend it well. Dont add the text too big though it mught ruin the sig. Its definately better than your current but add text and maybe resize is a bit smaller I dont know

Try to stay away from simple filter effects and check out some of the tutorials. I think you'll be able to improve quickly...I can see you've already improved from your latest sig.

Spend some more time cutting out your renders.

Your sigs are also pretty big.
