Well done with the way u faded the first link and had a somewhat glow on the 2nd

Looks like it's in bad quality.

Go on the top layer and hit CTRL+A. Then hit CTRL+SHIFT+C. Then paste. Next, go to filter>blur>gaussian blur. Finally, set the layer on overlay. This should improve the quality, but make it a bit darker.

But the faded picture of Link doesn't seem to make sense to me. Maybe a faded one of Ganondorf would have been better.
