Track IP (?)

Hello all!

I don&#39;t know if anyone remembers me, but I&#39;m Wouwousoft (>.<) I&#39;ve been inactive because I&#39;m currently running a clan&#33;


Anywayz, I need some help... I need to track an IP adress (wich I have)
It&#39;s something for a friend (and clanleader of my clan)... He&#39;s been scammed an item in a game (you probably all can guess wich) wich is 3.2Million in value... We have his IP and now we want to bring him a visit and teach him what&#39;s right and what&#39;s not (Muahahahahahha )


Anywayz... Anyone know how to do this? A site? A program? Anything will help...

Track IP like how? Like you want his address?

traceroute will trace the ip back as far as it goes, but you can&#39;t get a street address. The most you&#39;ll get out of it is the city he lives in or near. but keep in mind that he probably has a dynamic ip like 90% of the world does now. Which means that the IP is now probably under someone elses name.

If you wanted to "teach him a lesson" you wouldn&#39;t need to trace his IP back. The only purpose that serves is to tell if they have a firewall or not.
