Banners to sigs

Alright i made these for a sight but he said i was to late but he still wanted them as sigs.....yeah right. i wanna use em'.lol
So which bg is better and which text is better. plus your C+C.
btw, i made the yang brushes and i wanted them to have gradient but i didn't know how.

If you wanna use them as Sigs the make them MUCH much smaller and use only one render cause the big face is hard to foucs on and bad cut, The brush looks cool and the text in the second banner its much better, also the colours in the second are great, its kinda empty though

I know, i said they were gonna be changed to sig standards.
Would she look better with a blur or glow, red maybe. if so how do you do it?(glow)
and maybe bigger embossed yangs on the bg?

just make it smaller 300x125 or sth and use the small render standard and to change its colour press ctrl+U or go to image>adjustments>color balance,
the backround looks ok
