I'm not deleting, but I am keeping a close eye on it.

Image maps are so 90's. Use flash, use div's and CSS, use scrap paper and elmers glue. Anything but image maps.

Wow, I don't know what an image map is. I kind of do. Isn't like a image that has multiple links in it?

Well, more or less it's an image with invisble div's over it for links. However, an image map can be any shape, not just rectangles. But, like with most old html 3.0 era technology it's very complex, convoluted, and doesn't always work as planned.

    So it's useless? Lol.

Seems like making them a diffrent image would be easier.

    While we're on the topic...

I can create an entire website in PS (as an image).
But the problem comes in when I want to put it into dreamweaver.
I can't cut the image so that it fits perfectly and still functions.

What's the easiest way to do this?

You have to slice the template. =)
