Very nice manip. I just wish it was bigger lol. I think you should remove the little white space behind the text. It looks chilling so I think it would look better for the text to be alone and subtle. I think it's awesome.

O another thing that just popped into my head. It looks like it could make a nice poster or DVD cover so a horror film lol.

Doesnt look that real, and the perspective is fucked up on some of the scars, and a little too grainy in my opinion.
Its an ok manip though.
