Whoa whoa whoa. To green, it all just blends with each other. gahh! :S Umm. Try light colors. Nobody likes dark, unless its carefully used. Try to stay away from dark colors.

I didnt mean to sound mean, but man =S It takes multiple times if your just freelancing at a website. Try drawing it on paper, then looking at what you drew, and interperate it into photoshop. This strategy really helps. =) If you have any questions about Web Design you can PM me or E-Mail me.. Good luck buddy.

Meh. I don't like either of the sites. One is waaay to green and the other one looks like a little kid threw it togeather. Sorry man, you need to make more polished designs.

so you are pretending to use Tabs, dont you?
i sugges you make a layout thinking on the coding first. if you're gonna use just HTML, or maybe you want something more complicated as: PHP or Ajax (the best so far) :P
sometimes you make a pretty nice design, however, you cant use it. unless you make it on flash or something like that. and not because you cant code it. sometimes because it is pretty big, and that makes the website slooooooooooow.
and back in your design. you dont need images, well just for the tabs, and logos, the rest can be pure (CSS)
and why dont you use orange colors? they are more friendly
