It's quite nice, but i just find myself looking at the text. i don't think it's needed at all .. it's pretty obvious that it's spiderman. It doesn't look like you've actually done alot though, added some shadow and some light... But still look alright
Oo I really like the darkblue color on this one, though I must say I agree with Dale, the text is quite unnecessary.
I'd like it a little thinner and another border.
