It's nice to say the least. But the shiny light is way too random.

Very cool but the buttons def dont need to be bright or shiny.

It looks way to liquidy/shiny. Tone that downa lot and it would look great.

Just dont like the fact that the header is the main visual point of the template. The claws are also badly done.

Basically the faults are what Vermillion and Ben mentioned. I like the sleek metallic look you have on the sides. Maybe you should also try a different color instead of the blue (like green) and see how it looks. It's actaully pretty good nonetheless.

Why have you got a green splash page and a blue template? You sure you actually did make these?

Its a nice design, but someone went a bit overboard with the chrome. Teh colours need changing too, put the hue minus 5 and it should look better.

Very eye catching, looks quite dynamic. But yeah it is a bit too in your face.
