Before you look at the web template i'll explain what its for, I have just writen an article in the web graphic tutorial section helping some of the newcomers to web design.

I like the template and I agree with just.xTc, you should definately code that template.

looks decent, i skimmed over it. in the color section though, you say that you should use complementary colors. You really shouldn't. The main colors compliment should only be used in small doses as an accent color.
