I'm in high school and taking Graphic Design this year so I thought I could get ahead of the game and join and learn stuff that I probably wouldn't learn anywhere else.

Glad to have you on GFX and welcome. I'm also in high school and thought about taking something close to that but decided not to. I was thinking that I can show what I know with art but I can't show what I know in a technical field as easily.

But don't let that stop you :P classes can be vary helpfull and in high school take whatever want, it's when you start college WATCH OUT! :P.

Yeah I'm way ahead of the class already but that's not saying anything because half of the class have never heard of photoshop and the other half don't know anything about it. Right now I have a basic understanding of most of the tools. I like to color things . I can't draw with the pen tool to save my life though

I have a feelng I'm going to need alot of help to get good though.
