yeah i finnaly got my wacom 4! Its a little wierd to use at first but still cool. Havnt quite figured out what the two buttons on the side of the pen do. I dunno if i need to install the CD's. Dont know if there is anything acutally on there :P Im finding it a little difficult to get the cursor to actually start where you want it to with the pen.

One will be right click and one will be scrolley click probably

they are customizable, open the tablet options to check what they are..

inside tip.. hover the pen just above the screen it lets you see where the pen will be before you click down.
