Filters can be used to good effect in certain circumstances, the shapes made here are pretty good, i'm not too keen on the colour scheme however, and it would be very hard to add anything else to this image due to the strange pattern, i'm not sure what sort of colours would look nice but... i like the shapes
Did you experiment with filters yourself, or use a tutorial?
