Band session
Had a photo session with some friend's band today. I think it went pretty well!
Here are the best shots:

Another one from the same place:

This one may be a little too dark..

very very nice shots, looks fuckin professional.
some are a little dark, but you could change that in ps right?
q: why is that one guy always forward more?
-
He's the singer/lead guitarist, but sometimes I put the drummer (Motorhead guy) in the front, but those shots didn't turn out as good as these. Thanks!

Tell them to keep their hands out of their pockets. It's all so typical. While they're not bad shots, I wouldn't care to remember the name of the band solely by their promo pictures.

It looks more relaxed, that's why I let them have their hands like that.

I like these pictures, too. They are, indeed very professional, but I have to agree that they're all very cliche. I know you said that you tried other arrangments, but I think you should have another go. The singer's always in front, their hands are in their pockets, and it's just in a parking garage. I mean, like I said, they're great photos, but I think you should just try to do something a little more original with them, instead of typical rock band photo.
I like my women like I like my coffee! Ground up and in the freezer.

I guess that is what I was trying to say. It's just an off day for me. Go go go photoex.. you can read my mind.
I used to be huge in the music scene, and every promo picture looked exactly like that. I only remember about 3 bands, and it's only because I knew the people before I knew the band.
