    Default Kitten Vector Practice

    well i eventually wish to move on to drawing cartoons and vectoring and painting them. i always find they look very neat. first attempt i suppose. at that.

    on that lower picture there's mixed techniques on the actual kitten and i don't think it plays out well.. also the texture ont he first one i think ruins it.. being that it's all blocked blocked colours for the original kitten and everything then this texture overlay is kind of not cool.. but i like it.. also i think you could expand on that smoke thing coming from the kittens head like perhaps more shapes like it with multiple colours running around the canvas.. like a rainbow of different smoke and stuff would look nice i reckon.. but nice work. Did you use the juttery line effect on a path to outline the kitten to create that furry look? you know all those little black lines was that a pen tool work?

    I like the texture, but i don't think it should be applied everywhere, you could make some parts stand out alot by using plain colour, etc etc

    A perspective on the cat, as is on the bolt / whatever it is, would look good imo. keep it up man
