IMO the colors clash...

Also the electic designs make it seem like a comic book which is fine except your bg doesn't fit with it.

For the text I can't believe they say mine is unreadable XD takes me forever to find yours.

It doesn't seem to have balanced light source, from how it seems the light should becoming from infront of your render but it's coming from but infront and behind because of the bg. This style of bg creates a scattered light source so haveing it glow infront of your render doesn't really get the point across.

Also your render is quite smooth while your bg is a grunge so it just seems stuck in the middle between 2 things your bg and the glowing ball infront XD.

Yeah the colors do clash a lot, but it's to late now, hah.
I like to make my text hard to find, you're text is always real easy to read.
and yeah, the lightsource doesnt seem TOOO big of a problem

I agree w/ nightfire. BG is iffy and I dont really like the colors. BUT dont give up on it. I'd mess around with some filters, gradients, levels, etc and see what you get. I think it has potential.
