Is this the guy who wanted to get the death penalty, but it was ruled to be state assisted suicide or something?

like i said...watch the news...heres the deal..this guy Brian was charged with Rape...as he was going into the courthouse or something he assaulted a female officer took her gun and shot her...she lived though..the he went into the court room and shot the Judge the Court Recorder or something...and then ran away...they caught him this morning around 11:30 am. theres a lot more details but i gave a basic description

he also shot a cop on his way out of the couthouse, stole a car, broke into a womans house, made her follow him in her car so he could ditch the stolen one, drove her car (with her) back to her house, where they chilled for a few hours, and then finally called himself in.

Sounds to me like buddy was playing real-life grand theft auto.
If you ask me, they should have just shot him when they caught him, who kills a judge man!? lol that dude is crazy, heat him up and then we can be done with it.
